This guy and his 7 brothers and sisters were dropped off at the shelter at 3 weeks old. He was 3 lbs. when I got him and he was so small I carried him home in the car in my softball glove (I was clearly unprepared to pick up my first puppy). I bottle fed him for 3 more weeks and he was sick with bacteria and very clingy. He is now 17 months old and weighs in at 65 lbs. He is a joy and loves to play, happily rolling around on his bed with his soccer ball tug toy. I can only hope his brothers and sisters are just as happy, as they were all adopted out the first day.
