My plan was to foster only & then I met Judd. It is bittersweet to give up an animal after fostering them because I miss them, but I know that they go to good homes. Then Judd came into my care & I couldn't imagine letting him go. He is a 6 year old yellow lab who was scheduled to be put down in the high-kill shelter that he was originally turned over to. Then the shelter that I foster for rescued him. He is the most loving & gentle guy I've ever seen. I'll continue to foster other dogs, but Judd has found his forever home & I have found a forever friend.
