I found Dawa (left) 10 years ago at the Detroit Anti-Cruelty Association. She was an all white kitten with a smudge on her nose. A year later Marta reached both of her front arms out of the cage as I passed it in the Huron Valley Humane Society in Michigan and I knew she had to come home with me too. It took a few months at first- but they are now sisters and best friends who take good care of each other and sleep together every night. They have completely different personalities but compliment each other perfectly. I feel lucky to come home to them every day and couldn't imagine my life without them.
